By completing this registration, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:
- If I am unable to attend, I must cancel my registration at least 24 hours prior to the event.
- Failure to cancel within this timeframe, or failure to attend (“no-show”), may result in my organization being invoiced for the full registration amount.
- It is my responsibility to ensure my device, internet connection, and any required software are functioning properly before the event.
- Event organizers may update the agenda, format, or speakers without prior notice.
- I consent to receive event-related communications and understand that sessions may be recorded for archival or educational purposes.

Registration information will be used to manage attendance, communicate event details, and improve future programs.
