Anticipated Turnaround Times:

Once the request for a quote has been submitted, LTC Purchasing Program will respond within 48 business hours with any additional questions or clarifications regarding the project scope.

Standard Projects: Quotes will generally be returned by vendors within 3-5 business days.
Multifaceted Projects or Large Quantity Orders: These projects may require 5-7 business days for vendors to provide quotes, once all specifications are received.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the project or the vendor’s availability.

Please note that the LTC Purchasing Program cooperative program is not responsible for placing orders on behalf of your school or organization. Once all quotes have been received and reviewed, the originating requester will need to contact the vendor's account manager directly to finalize and place the order.
